Iv changed my valve cover gasket and it was pretty gunky so I took a persons advice on here and poured seafoam all over them. After cranking it a running it a while it now has a pretty loud tick. Kind of a clanking sound coming from inside. And sometimes even once the engines off it continues for a good 3-5 minutes... Is this bad?

Its probably just lifter tick, you might have knocked something loose when you put seafoam in it
If you haven't yet, I'd change that oil and the get the seafoam out. Its not good to run that in there for a long time.

Soo I went through a somewhat small mud puddle today and there happened to be a set of some pretty gnarly ruts in it and I hit the ruts at an angle. I wasn't going fast at all but my steering wheel is not centered anymore.. When I'm going straight the steering wheel is turned to the right a good bit. Kind of like it was after I lifted it, before I got it aligned. Nothing looks bent or anything. It still rides and steers fine. So what do I do? Just simply take it to my mechanic and get it aligned or whatever again?

Where do you pay $59 for an alignment? I've been doing it myself because everyplace wanted $120 , my DD isn't quite right, I wouldn't mind paying $60 if I knew it was perfect.
Here's a write up for home alignment:
