Yes they are. Didn't you read the quote you just quoted? If all you can find is the CCV valve, buy 2 and drill out the orifice in one. The "valve" is just a metering hole that controls how much air passes thru it. It's not a PCV valve like most cars have.

These are the hoses if you want to replace them. The second one comes with an additional hose that I’m not sure what is for. I just untaped them and used the one I needed.
