Valve cover PVC elbow.

Valve cover PVC elbow.
98 XJ. Doing a valve cover gasket. Noticed one of the plastic or PVC elbows was chipped.
Went to three different parts stores (largely known) looking for these things. Each told me they did not carry them. One of them even told me "These Jeeps were not equipped with them", until I presented a picture taken on my cell phone. He then told me "The computer is displaying these parts as 'not equipped' so I guess we don't stock them".
I'm going to have the valve cover off today, and wanted to swap them out in unison. Now I know I will have it off once again in the near future.
My question; Where can I find or order these PVC elbows? I was shown to a PVC elbow in stock, however it doesn't look like it would be a direct fit. Is there a rubber grommet that slips in between the PVC elbow and valve cover?

I was able to find the CCV grommets at Autozone (Dorman Pt# 42344) but I wasn't able to find the elbows. I've read numerous times that they are a dealer only part
And it is called CCV for our XJs, not PCV

Thanks
I did a google search and found this same thread. I may have to call the dealer. Only the one in the front is broken, however I'd like to replace them both.

I've purchased them both at Napa and at the dealer and they were about the exact same price. About $45 if I remember right for the whole kit.
All of that CCV hardware gets brittle and can get clogged with age. When I replace one component, it's time to replace all components.
Grommets in the valve cover can sometimes be hard to get out. If so, pull the valve cover, thoroughly clean it, install grommets, new valve cover and you're good to go.

Well I'm going to have to wait to pull the valve cover. Ran into some stupid hiccups as per usual. The dealer had the grommets, but didn't have the rear CCV elbow. I took the front with a grommet. Might as well go back and order out the other one. This project is going to have to get done next week.

Here are the Napa part numbers:
Grommet - 630-1410 (boxed) or 630-1411 (carded)
You will need two. The part numbers above are the exact same
grommet, one comes in a box and the other is carded for lobby
display.
CCV valve - 630-1076
You need one of these.
CCV elbow - 2-9574
You need one of these.
These parts should be less than $25.00 total at your local Napa store.

The CCV valve is the issue I'm running into. At my Napa, apparently this part is at their warehouse... :/

Sorry to hi-jack, but I have a similar problem. My xj the pcv valve on the front is way loose and the hose it's self is missing. Problem is I have a 90 xj and I'm trying to search for this stuff on my iPod, also I noticed those are for like 94 to 99 or so. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Rockauto.com has a hose and grommet listed for a '90. Look under Emission/PCV.
I'm not familiar enough with the '90 to tell from the picture if it's what you need.

I know at my local oriellys they have both the grommets and both front and rear elbows (both different) in the "help" section for a couple bucks each. Just looked at them the other day.
