Missing plug?

Model: Cherokee (XJ)
Engine: 4.0L
Missing plug?
I came upon this unpluged wire connection. Comes out of a bigger wire bundle right by the evap canister on the top passenger side of the engine bay, and connot seem to find an end to plug this into. Anyone know what this is and where it goes? All other connectors are plugged in and every now and then i get a P0443 which is purge soloniod circuit fault. Probably has something to do with it. Thanks
