Default Lets talk maglight mounting

Just got a new maglight led and some maglight brand mounts and trying to decide where to mount it. I have thought about next to the seat on the floorboard, or on the beam next to the windshield.

Lets hear where yall put yours, and pictures would be great too!

Crazythingsido2

nice pic, I like that location,

seems like most people prefer on the floor by the door, but that is where I put my cartons of smokes, gonna be hard to break that habit, hah

i like it cause I am using existing screws in the interior so that means no holes.

I don't have one in my XJ yet, but this is the same location my red 3D maglight is in my YJ. I also use two clips on one light.

Something to consider though. I bought a black maglight brand 3D at walmart for my XJ & it is too skinny to fit in the same clips that hold my red maglight. It's like they lowered the cost of the walmart unit by shaving metal off the OD of the battery tube.

So I gotta get a new light along with clips for my XJ now.
