I think i broke it...?
ok so long story my pwr wnds werent working so i was messing with the switches in the door and i blew a fuse somehow and the radio and intereor lights went out so then im checkin under the dash for the fuse and a starter button my dad put in touched a peice of metal and fried the wire that wen to the battery i replaced the battery because i needed to anyways but after i started it after i got the battery fixed it was idleing funny and bairly running it used $10 of gas from the gas station to mcdonalds to my moms house and back home not really that far maybe like 20 miles? i ad to drive with two feet to keep it running oher stuff i got from the parts store was plugs and wires and a valve cover gasket damn oil leak since my family got the car more then 5 years ago

i think that his messing with the wire messed up his o2, thats the only thing that i could think of that would cause bad mpgs and idle

First thing I'd check, vacuum lines. It's easy to check and would cause it to run real bad. Second I'd change out your o2 sensors

do i need to change both of them?
i could only find one under the jeep
and im really reallly tight on money rite now
and this is the only car really for me and my GFs family

vacum canister behind the battery had a hole burned in the metal end from the damn wire
duck tape over the hole it runns better lol

also still wonder about the O2 sensor i have like almost 260,000 on the jeep

Good to hear man, amazing what a vacuum leak will do to a vehicle. You can also go to the JY and get a new vac ball for cheep.
