In dash blinker lights stuck on

The only thing I could think of for the headlights would be replacing old corroded connectors with new leads. But you would only really notice a difference if the current connectors are shot, i.e. corroded, melted, broken etc.

Factory setup has the power running from the battery, through the power dist block, through the fuse panel, the switch, and then to the headlights - all through thin gauge wire.
Using the harness upgrade, the power runs from the battery, to the relay, to the lights - the only thing the headlight switch is for then, is activating the relay to turn the lights on.
The PUTCO harness plugs into one of the original headlight sockets for switched power to the relays - power from the relays plugs into the headlights.
