Wheeling / Driving.
Hey Wheeler's, A lot of input here. The vid that was posted says it all. ( great Visual )
I'm not really Mechanical!! But have been around as a driver before (I think) ABS was. Lol. So just to enjoy the Cherokee Forum I agree with every one ( OK mostly) lol.
I have Ford F350 that is my Driver and my 2001 xj is one of my Hobbies. OK moving on.
Even with my Many years driving in SoCal. Traffic. 80 + mph one moment then bumper to bumper. High speed ABS breaking saves lives and Property Damage. . But as far as Wheeling goes (for me) ABS is not a good thing. I could explain but Wheeler's know what I'm saying. I pull the fuse at the trail Head if I don't Trailer in. With my F350 I pull a 30 " river boat 6k lbs. No way I could do a high speed stop better than ABS.
So with that said. I want to say thanks to everyone for this thread.
FYI I wheel about 3 days a week. Oh so Fun. Lol

By the way, if you're going to post lame comments, at least learn to not quote the entire post, like some newb.

Ah, there's the term. Thank you, I'd forgotten the technical term for it.
It's been a long time since I was in advanced driving school.
