89 XJ U-Joint to CV Axle Conversion
Soo I know this might be a stupid question but bare with me here. I was doing some research on xj's and noticed that you can get cv axles instead of having to replace both of my front u-joints on both axles. First question is will they fit? 2nd question is if they fit, are they worth ditching u-joints for? I have an 89 Cherokee Pioneer. Has the NP231 selec-trac transfer case.

In all honesty, I use it for daily driving and barely any offroading. Ive heard the turning radius is better with CV's. Plus I dont have to go threw the headache of having to put new u-joints in the existing axles with I can just slide new cv's in and call it a day?

And the boots split, allowing dirt and debris into the greasy joint.....
