i am very satisfied with my RC products. so far i have their longarm upgrade kit and it rides great and flexs good. i had to tighten the joints up two months later, but was told that is normal after break in. next up is RC quick disconects.
by the way yawl have superior! customer service, which is kind of surprising for a company that sells such a cheaply priced product that is worth more.

I've been running your long arm kit for 6 month and love it. 2 months ago I did the shackle re locator kit and it make a noticeable difference in ride quality and flex. Now all my buddies are doing the same thing. Great job.

I have the standard 4.5" lift with full leafs.
Your customer service and is top notch and your shipping is super fast, but your leaf springs for the xj are just too short and create such bad shackle angle. I know your relocationbrackets can help or fix it but I shouldn't have to get them. Even after a year of "breaking in" I still have forward angle on my shackles.
I'd like to see a beefed up double sheer trac bar from you guys.

Since you ask....
1)4.5" rear leaf springs too short
2)Shackle relocation bracket does not work with factory shackles.
Here is the thread.
Btw, good to see you back Jason.

I have the 6.5 long arm lift with full 4.5 leaf packs. I like the lift for the price but the bushings went out way too fast. I have warrantied them and since then they seem to be ok. My main concern is the rear leafs. They have a terrible shackle angle and they are actually beginning to buckle right in front of the spring perch. They have arch but are beginning to get a kink in them. It sucks because I'm almost at my 2 yr. mark and I was told they only had a 1 yr. warr.

I love the front lift it was easy to go in.
Rear on the other hand. The leafs are way too short. You have to stretch them about 6 inches to get it into the shackle. and of course the shackle now sits way up. Looks just like the pics above.
I don't know about the other guys but once I got it on the wheels it measured at about 6in of lift in the rear. So I am sitting like a hot rod now.
Also the shim wedges are not like what I had on the 3in lift. These have no degree really so the axle doesnt really tilt they are just a flat piece of metal really.
I had to grind down the hole in the middle of the u bolt plate since the main leaf bolt nut would not go into the stock plate. (Dana 44 axle).
This is my 3rd RC lift. So I really like Rough Country but someone needs to check into the manufacturer of the rear Leafs.
Thanks

I have had two or three of their lifts also. Customer service has been great for me. I just wish i could get the leafs warrantied and the right length. I'll snap a pic of my shackle angel now..
