Default headlight issues not sure how to fix

I am not sure how to fix this for cheap, limited income and trying to keep one vehicle on the road and get two others on the road and drivable.

I will attach two pictures. This is of the passengers headlight. The area of issue is where the red arrow is pointing. I believe I still have the piece that goes there but it broke the plastic housing/assembly on the jeep.

Just not sure what's the best cheap way to do it. It's a 96 jeep grand cherokee

thanks
Ryan

That’s the headlight bucket / adjuster. The plastic breaks on all ZJs. Forget replacing the whole housing if money’s tight. Use zip ties through the broken tab holes to pull the light back into place. Or use a small metal strap and self-tapping screws to brace it. Get it aimed close enough so you’re not blinding people and send it.

are we talking about the same spot? The plastic clip on the adjuster that's broken with one side missing, I have a replacement for that clip already. I am referring to the spot with the red arrow that's currently and empty hole because it busted off while driving.
It had a non moveable stud in it. I should have the stud still. I was thinking about using some of that adhesive that claims it's stronger than welding and see what happens I just don't know if that's the way to go.

I have a whole laundry list of things the Jeep needs to have done but I am working on first the items keeping if from being able to be driven.

I have to seal the windshield and roof (both leak when it rains) and paint the roof back to green from rust. Plan on removing the cargo bars on the top too.
then it's things like finding out why the brand new ac system is leaking,
look into the digital dash (although really want that for my dodge van)
fixing the over head short that kills the dash
maybe find new seat or seat belt for drivers and passenger side (might try my luck at a pic and pull yard)
