^^ Thats even with an extended shackle, I was thinking a drop shackle would fix my problem or at least help it. I imagine your stock shakle would be slammed forward without that.

4.5 rc x - I dd mine and love it, yes the rear shackles are at 90* though, but Im a little higher in the rear so I don't want to run a relocation box... Thinking about runing sliders instead of shackles... BUT that said! I love my lift! I plan on buying their long arm kit next! The bushings all worked out now?

Add me to the list of short leaves...with a 1.5in lift shackle, it sits at a perfect 90* angle

Thatd be nice, but you gotta think the cost of that would be insane. I do however think we should get a heavy discount on new leafs though, maybe send em our leafs plus some cash for some that they "fix." Its an obvious problem, hopefully they will address it and act professionally and accordingly to keep their customers happy.

I wound be happy with that too but your talking about a huge loss in profit... But I would think just a main leaf would fix it...

That is true but some of us "me" I used most my tax money just to order there lift so spending money on something else isn't in my budget

I agree, costumer service is top notch! Never had an issue there. Always quick to help and address any issue, regardless of who ive spoken with

On the other hand, Ive also had/have issues with the leaf packs and shackle angle on the 4.5" springs. Previous Main leaf bushing failure less than 3 months after initial install, with hardly no trail miles on them. Also agree with Red82 about the track bar. Would love to see a "beefer" set up. Recently blew that tie rod joint, again, with very little abuse to my my set up.

I knew of problems before I bought the kit, I knew it would ride like the axle was welded to the uni body for a while, but no matter what you say their customer care is amazing! 100% great! I will stick with the beacuse of that, I know I'm covered!

I am running their extended brake line and hydro series shocks, so far i haven't had any issues with them and they were the most affordable brand to purchase

I think we can all agree that customer service is best of the best, and for the most part their stuff doesnt fail. I do think we should have some form of compensation from the leaf spring head-ache though.

I have the control arm drop bracket, trac bar and bracket, and sway bar discos. I would advise users of the CAD system to use a bolt, nut, lock washer to secure the brace to the unibody. The self tapping bolts strip easy and pull out fairly easily. Also a cam bolt adjuster on the lowers would make it easier for garage aligners to set wheelbase/caster. The other items have worked fine so far. I will be testing it all beginning tomorrow on a 16 day trip from California to Colorado.

I always buy rough country because of the price and product it's pretty dam good for what you pay. I have bought over 5 complete lift kits for my jeep and a couple of my buddies within the year. I have the 6.5 LA kit on mine and upgraded some stuff like front shocks and steering. But the only major thing I could ask from Rough country is longer front shocks and high ground clearance for the control arms that go on the cross member because they hang pretty low.
Here are some pics of mine
