Anything limiting your down travel?
Shocks? Sway bars? My 3 inch RC full leaf packs flex more than that...

Or as red said if he just got it it's going to be stiff... But i don't think it would be that stiff. But it wouldn't hurt to load down the back and keep flexing. I drove 10 hours with 2 axles in the back of mine

The only thing that would is the shocks. I don't have the sway bar on. And in that pic I have a jack, chainsaw, tools, sub,

Is there anything obstructing your shackles from articulating? Bolts hitting anything? The reason why I ask is because my RE 5.5 leaf springs would bottom out my shackles against the unibody frame rail crossmember until I put on shackle relocate kit. That dramatically improved my flex.

All I can say at this time is that I was very happy with my lift until this. I new that the rear springs were short but to be so messed up that I have to get something else just to fix it they should of had this fixed a long time ago

Then that's the majority of your issue..
Drop the cash on relocation brackets and you'll be golden.

Haha! Can i have one?
I think earlier they said they were working on the leaf packs.
If this was a one guy gig I'm sure it could be fixed in a week but if you have a bigger company it takes a little while to change things.

I know I called for the last up date... I just don't think $150 for something to add more lift is okay, but to each there own. I'm going with a slider system an about a month...

Edit: in*
