XJ on the left, WJ on the right. The end link hole orientation is different, but that's not a problem with new quick disconnect end links.

As much as I would have wanted it to work, im left with limited options.

Even with the box brace shifted all the way to the passenger side, it is still not enough to center box in the middle of the support clamps or the flange bearing.

Because I had to move the bottom bracket out a 1/4 inch, the top slid down. I was going to retap this one too but getting the bolt out from the inside was difficult. I may go back later, drill and tap it anyways, and install the bolt from the outside.

The tap was small and having a hard time cutting. I thought I was going to break the tap but it worked just fine

After bolting it all back up, I found the correct tap and cut new threads for it to bolt up to.

I ultrasonic cleaned all the bolts in white vinegear since it's cheaper than a gallon of WD-40 or evaporrust. I then took them out and chased all of the threads. I am probably going to replace these, but I think I am going to use them to moc the whole thing up first before I buy more hardware.

I wanted to keep the tab, but it will lower the brace by 1/4 inch, meaning the brace clamps will not be able to hold onto the steering box properly. It may even collide with the replacement pitman arm shaft.

The C-Rock stiffener wraps around the bottom of the unibody and ties into where the stock sway bar bolts into. Consequently, this is where the steering box brace also bolts up.

This is a C-Roc brand spacer and sandwich plate. The tabs on the spacer are longer, meaning its a Durango steering box spacer which has a larger bore.

My fourth complaint is the threads. The threads are cut all the way to the end on the inside, which is cool, but I had a hard time threading it onto the steering box. I cleaned the threads on the steering box and tried it again and I could only go so far. You can see here how for the steering box was able to clean the threads. I check with a thread pitch gauge and they seem the right pitch and threads per inch according to the steering box.

My second complaint is the pillow bearing or flange bearing. You can see here the bearing has been inserted at an angle. I know that some of these bearings are self centering with the axle but I tried to rotate it with a prybar and it will not move. So it looks like I will have to repress it. But that brings me to my third complaint.

The third complaint is the pitman arm nut shaft outside diameter is larger than the bearing's inside diameter. I tried putting both in the freezer, but even at

My first complaint is the angle of the large bend. The company that built this attempted to bend it but did not match the angle of the unibody.
