XJ then Sami now WJ
So I'm not really new to the Jeep world, but new to the WJ world.
I have already tore into the WJ and replaced both front CV axles and wheel bearings, tires before winter
So I went from this (97 XJ with 4 1/2" lift w/33's and a bunch of other crap)
to this (87 Samurai with 3" Deaver Springs, 4:1 T-Case reduction and a bunch of other crap)
and now to this (99 WJ Limited 4.7 Stock for now)
All within 2 years. So, now I'm going to be a lurker on here to dig up some info on the WJ's for lifts, etc...

Thanks Dan,
I picked it up from the Original Owner (All original books and manuals and papers in glove box) high miles (140k), no tears or rips inside and only 2 door dings.
I was looking local on our website, this was on page 13 of 33 for WJ's, he was asking 3200, I offered 2600 and said your on page 13 and the wife said deal.
It had an oil leak and the oil pressure guage was flickering (so I was guessing the oil pressure switch was shot and it was) both boots busted and shocks worn OUT. I had a price limit to pick something up and fix anything that needed fixed.
I like the ole WJ.

Yeah it was a good and very capable rig, I enjoyed the build more than highway driving it.
I never towed my XJ to different wheeling areas I drove it, and I did not like the aspect of towing the Sami. I want an all around purpose rig again.

Well when I was looking it over I noticed it was only oily from the level of the oil pressure switch and lower. When I got it home the next day was when the oil pressure started moving around. So, replaced the pressure switch, no more oil leak, no more needle bouncing. The wire had oil all over it.
