Default steering clunk?

ive had a clunk when i turn the wheel to the left. usually just one clunk unless i also hit a bump at the same time then i get another loud clunk. it makes that clunk whether the vehicle is moving or if im just moving the wheel back and forth parked. it has recently started doing it when i turn to the right as well. I cant see anything that is visually wrong and im out of ideas on what the noise could be coming from. any ideas?

I started having that clunk, and mine turned out to be the track bar. I couldn't wiggle it by hand but I had the wife get in and crank the wheel back and forth while I was under the front end. There was 1/2" of up and down play on the frame side tie rod end.

x2. Most likely your track bar or track bar mount. Re-torque all fasteners.

It took me a while to get death wobble but almost always had a rattle from my front end after I put my 3 inch lift on with a stock track bar. I eventually broke the bolt that connected my track bar to my axle and figured it was time to buy an adjustable track bar.
