Default Rc 2.2 shocks.

Just received these and not a one were strapped and I can extended and contract them by hand.

My question is if this is normal? Has any body else bought these and how they came packed?

lol.

i dont think the 2.2s are charged/monotube, so they wont extend on their own.

No they do.

I have them in the rear of my XJ now. They're busted and leaked all the fluid out but I actually didn't mind them.

Thnxs every body. They got to be better than the worn out ones I have. Pavement near my house might as well be grated gravel, the jeep thinks it is.

I just wanted a cheap solution till I can afford all the upgrades I want.

To tell the truth these shocks won't see much off-roading. To much stuff going on now.

They weren't horrible. They're no white bodies and obviously no bilsteins.
