I like how another member suggested he go deal with it. This is just sad the way he's decided to handle this.

 

Has anyone received any order since I received mine? I can't remember the date but posted it here as promised it was the replacement for the broken one I received. The one he would have back in my hands in a "week", if I returned it Priority Mail yeah right over a month.

I wonder how much money he collected on items sold where they have not been delivered, not just here but how many other boards where he sold?

Previously I had said you have 60 days to file a paypal dispute, that was wrong. You only have 45 days. Just FYI for you guys.

 

Maybe you guys need to start a FST order log thread? Something where you can post the date of your order, order number, if you've received your order and if so on what date, number of times Kris Froehlich has contacted you and number of times you've contacted him, and maybe what items you're waiting on.

I stumbled across a thread where he was planning on moving back to Yakima, was let go from his job on 11/14/13 and moved backed to Yakima in late November into a house, which was posted 11/27/13. According to what someone said on here, he got a new job in January. I know he's gone wheeling threes times, once in December and twice this month. I'll get my links posted in a few.

it's really a shame how this played out. All it would have taken is a "hey guys, I've got way more orders than I anticipated so it will be awhile" and then just weekly updates but unfortunately it looks like he's lost this forum's business

Pirate won't do anything unless it was a transaction that originated off their site.

 

I put it off for a little waiting to hear something positive....but I finally did it. Figured you guys might want to see this update. We exchanged a couple more texts, but they were just my order number and personal information.


At least I can give you guys some good news.
