im building a dana 30 for my DD/weekend warrior thatll be on 35's soon. ive got a truss from aresfab, and IRO outer C gussets with HD LCA mounts. Is it worth running inner tube sleeves too? 35s are obviously the biggest tires ill run on this rig so im just looking for opinions. i also have a spartan locker, soon to get 4.56 gears and synergy ball joints.

truss and gussets and be done.

 

No need for sleeves. Weld you axle tubes to your diff housing before you burn in your truss though.

 

i sleeved mine and c gussets it was pretty simple

 

I actually picked up a set of sleeves and gussets for $100 cash for everything so it saved me about $75 after shipping.. I'll sleeve, gusset and truss it
