When I helped a friend with his, I used ratchet straps wrapped around the axle to the front bumper to keep that from happening. You may want to remove your new coils and try again using this method. with the 3" lift, just leave your bolts in but not tight on your uca, lca arms. it will flex on the bolt instead of the bushing and should give you enough room for coils/spacers. you might have to pry the bottom of the coil on ( I did) but not a hard thing to do. Good luck, and hope this helps.

I am looking to get the RC 3" Series II kit. I wanted to know if the supplied LCAs fit and perform appropriately or do I need to upgrade to the Adj. LCAs? Aslo, can anyone supply a pic of the sway bar link backets installed?

Btw: get a buddy to help you. You WILL need an extra set of hands and some extra weight to throw around. Any questions pm me. Build still fresh in my mind. When did you say you were doing lift, this weekend? Let me know when exactly your doing it and maybe I can help through pm or phone!

Hey great thread, I've read up to pg 58 and it's been very educational. I was wondering something though.
If stock JK shocks work, for 3" of lift, what about aftermarket shocks? I think I might have found a deal on some OME Nitrochargers with 2k miles on them, for $200.
As of right now, i'm piecing together a lift that should net ~3-4 all around. I'm guessing if they're for a lifted JK, they might fully compress and damage the shock?
Hope my question makes sense,

DJ

Here is some pics of the lower control arms that come with the rough country's 3" series II lift and the drop brackets for the front sway bar.
