Anything over 2" needs an adj or at least lift specific track bar. Driveline vibes from what I understand are plug and play. Usually the rule of thumb is over 3" but I know people runnin 4.5 with no vibes. And tread life on KM2's isn't just amazing but no mud terrain is. My buddy's had some on his Tacoma for a year but they're stills we probably 70% tread or so. They're great tires.

Id go with the treadwright guard dogs. Tough tire and they are pretty cheap 115 a tire iirc.

Have you figured in shipping, mounting and balancing?

My local tire stores have tire-rack beat by a long shot once you figure in all of those adders...

I second a local tire shop. Between shipping balancing and that good crap,tires end up not being a deal with tire rack. And when this guard dogs go pop, you need to have a new one shipped. A local shop you call, they have it. You get installed fast. Done.

Iv got no worries with the guard dog. Have a few friends that have had them for quite a while with no issues at all.

Then why don't they include it in the so called "kit"... bit of a **** off but part of the game I guess

Up here in Canada we get raped with tire prices so I always get my tires out of the states now. I'll look into those gaurd dogs and compare em, thanks for the suggestions guys

They're out to make money. Their kit is cheaper, so you bought it. It's one way to see which companies care about their customers.

2002 WJ, with a 4" BDS lift, I got it secondhand and it was only the coils and LCAs. I want to know how important is it to get longer/adjustable rear control arms?

I have no clue. Some of the larger kits will include it like rough country's X series but a lot of times its purchased separately. It's just a pain

Not sure that all wrangler rims are but the ravine style wheels are 15x8. And with 31's I'm not makin any promises but even my stock wheels didn't rub anything so you should be in the clear
