I looking at the zone 3" kit. Any thought?

With full leaf packs you should be fine. White body shocks are white body shocks. You could spend the extra coin on bilstein 5100's... I would also recommend an adjustable track bar, new brake lines, and lower control arms.

Default new leaf springs

So I've got new leaf springs I'm putting in there rough country 3.5's my jeep is already lifted was when I bought it but needed new springs, any how too's or or sugestions for when I remove and install the new ones? I dont have a car lift just a jack and jack stands I'm planing on jacking it up with a set of jack stands on the frame and then a set under the axle so it doesn't have presure on it when I unbolt the leaf springs. I already sprayed the bolts with PB blaster so hopefully they'll come out with out to much of a fight any ideas or tips would be great! I plan on doing it this weekend

Add anti-seize to the leaf bolts when you reassemble.

any "stable" ideas for makeing jackstands taller? L'm not sure they'll reach my frame lol I was thinking maybe cinder blocks but I don't know if that'd be wide enough and doesn't sound very stable hopefully there tall enough guess I'll find out haha

Solid blocks of wood would be better. Or taller jackstands.

Yea those. All of em. Front and rear leaf spring bolts and the shackle bolt if it needs to come out, or if you feel like it.

I got all the other bolts but I didn't get a bold for the shackle so hopefully I dont have to take that out. I got lock washers for the U-bults should I have gotten them for the rear leaf spring bolts? Thanks!

You could also set the jack stands as high as they go, then take off the wheels/tires to let the axle droop more.
