I will order another one for it then and get it out on but like I said it didn't have an issue until the water pump gasket blew out. Then I started having lots of problems

the link you posted for the fans was a dead link, however if you have a three fan setup chances are the shrouds are built into the fan assembly because I dont see how you would be able to make a factory shroud designed for the mechanical fan work. The electrical fan on a stock system doesn't have it's own designated shroud only the body of the fan itself. Do you have a picture of the setup? Have you ever tried running the jeep without a thermostat in?

How or why did the pump gasket blow out? Never heard of that happening. If it's been to 250 degrees any chance of head or gasket issues?

One day I went to start it and my wife said it was leaking and it was coming from the pump gasket. I'm not sure if the heads or gasket would be a problem since they aren't supposed to be the heads with a problem but the gasket was going to be my last step if I can't fix it.

Do some research, but i would say get something with plastic endcaps. All my friends have had issues with their all aluminum radiators. My plastic endcap ones have never given me an issue.
Alot of people say 2 row is better than 3 row, but I honestly am fine with my stock Advance Auto replacement even in when its +100*F out

For all those telling him to get a fan shroud. that's going to be hard to do when he has a custom fan set up. The shrouds would be built in as part of the body of the electrical fan. The only dedicated shroud on the jeeps are for the mechanical fans which he doesn't have anymore.

Are you 100% tstat is not turned around? Bought my jeep, had overheating issues. JA that had it b4 me put it in backwards. Now since its summer and it heats up quickly IMO anyway I just run it w/o the tstat. 210 all day long with a/c.

If I might suggest 1. buy a new stock radiator $100 at AutoZone my son and I both run them. 2. Remove electric fans and install a new fan clutch, stock fan, fan shroud a must.3 then install the stock electric fan back into the Jeep. Make sure you have a 195 thermostat installed.
Mine runs cool even off road at slow speeds with AC on never overheats 210* all day long except for very steep mountain trails in 4 low that the electric fan kicks in.
