Hello, I faced a similar situation with my XJ, and personally, I would go for the option of buying a used TB in a junkyard and sending it to strokedjeep.com . It keeps your Jeep in driving condition without downtime. The eBay option can be tempting, but you never really know what you're getting. As for the BBK, I've also heard about the problems with the adjustment of the sensors, so if you want to avoid the hassle, it's better to stay on custom-made. If I were you, I would prefer proven quality, even if it takes a little longer.
