If I recall correctly, there was only one torx bolt, on both sides (total of 2) that actually needed to be removed. I couldn't tell you the size, I just happen to find one that fit. There was a nut on the upper side of it that I held in place with a wrench while undoing the Torx. I think they were to hold the bumper caps on.

Alright thanks guys! I just went and got an entire set of torx's...I'm sure I'll need them for something else lol!

While getting intimate with the workings of my bumper, it became evident that the previous owner did some of his own mingling under there. I'm not sure that the two torx bolts I found were stock. They sure seemed like it. I think they were near the flat bolts holding the plastic bumper caps on, which I ended up ripping off (who the hell thought a rounded, flat bolt was a good idea?)

Yesterday:
Oil and filter, fuel filter, radiator flush and change, cleaned up all the oil that's been leaking from valve cover, found a loose valve cover screw and tightened it, cleaned throttle body.
