Lets clear this up now, the only reason I put the lights in the grill is to make it look more intimidating, where I'm from everyone drives full sized trucks on 35's so I catch a lot of **** for my "little jeep", I hold my own offroad for being stock but still catch a bunch of ****, so I blacked it out and installed some red LED's to make it look pissed, I thought about angry eyes but seeing them on there I immediately removed them

Today I installed my new headlight harness in the '00 xj. I did not go with the putco or either of the more expensive ones. I got one off of ebay. I liked that it had a fuse inline with the power wire, the headlight plugs were quite substantial, and I could see that it had real mechanical relays, not the solid state ones that seem to die so often with the other cheap harnesses. And its not yellow! Heavy gauge wire too, and plenty of it, too long if anything. Install was straight forward and easy and everything is working fine. I will have to wait til tonight to see if there is any noticeable difference in output. Now I just need to order my autopal housings and bulbs and I will be done with headlights.

I just don't want to see people getting charged for stuff lol... Except for the tool here in town that drives that blinky crap on the street. What is a "drum brake adjuster"? Euphemism for a slot screwdriver?

Replaced the dead factory blower motor with a VDO unit then set to work trying to figure out why it wouldn't work. Good fuse but no power at the blower plug. Checked the resistor and no power there. Then decided to check the HVAC controls and bingo. Previous owner must have unplugged it when messing with the radio. I plugged in the black connector and bingo I have heat. All settings work and hell even the A/C blows cold. After that she got her first bath since I bought her a few weeks ago.
