Oil change, by passed the heater core cause it's leaking on my passenger floor. Oh and I bought bushwhackers

 

In the middle of the 99+ intake manifold/header/63mm TB/703 upgrade. Turns out the old exhaust manifold was cracked (surprise, surprise) and the motor mounts are shot. I'll have to replace them at another time. Photos later tonight. Onwards!

 

Added a custom k&n cold air intake to the 4.7

 

Herculined the bottom of the doors and the rockers hoping it turns out well!!

 

I've been debating doing this

 

Finally got the doors off! Then enjoyed the sunny day and did a little wheelin

 

Fixed a bad bulb socket and put new bushings in the rear seat latches, no more annoying squeak.

 

I was debating for a while as well but finally said what the hell why not i just put the final 3rd coat on about 2 minutes ago ill throw up some pics on my build tomorrow

 

Took the green bean out to do some wheeling. Had my buddy in his '74 CJ7 come with me. Had a blast, and it's a place I'd never know existed if it wasn't for my neighbor. Really close to the Hueston Woods area. It's geared more for 4wheelers but there's quite a bit for jeeps to bathe in. Maplewood Farms. 20 minutes north of Hamilton, 25 minutes south of Eaton, and 35 minutes west of Gratis for all you Southwestern Ohio XJ'ers!!

Yes, there's stuff for a budget boost, and crazy stuff for 35's and lockers. Before most holes there are alternate routes too. Plenty of mud, creeks, hills and a couple of jumps. 60% atv trails, 40% full size. Port-0-potties are around. Owner does have a tractor on site. But said not to get stuck where his tractor won't fit!
