Took out the Pioneer CD deck and installed an Alpine. Its a little older but I really enjoy it. Its still not not road worthy but its getting closer

Took her wheelin with a couple other jeep buddies at an orv called 7mile i believe its like 15minutes from the airforce base in spokane. Met some random people out there one of which also had an xj and they showed us the ropes since it was our first time doin any significant wheelin and had a blast.

Looks like everyone was huffing gear oil today

Resumed work on my new-to-me 29-spline 8.25" with 3.55:1

RTV crap all gone, blasted out inside the diff with brake cleaner, then I yanked the axle shafts out so I could get a socket in there to remove the brake backing plates. I think tomorrow I'll start with the wire wheel and clean it up

finally dug into mine after having her for a couple weeks. put in a 3.5" RE lift today. instal went smoothly surprisingly enough. the only bolts that broke were the ones that weren't going back in. The Jeep gods were smiling down on me today haha. went through almost a whole can of PB blaster to do the job though haha.

Only took me about half a can per side, only did one coat though. I used rustoleum professional paint, which is awesome stuff, I've rubbed it off trees a lot on my bumper and it barely even scratches
