I ordered my bumper at the end of october and got it in the december i believe. Stinger was bent wrong the bumper wasn't packed very good. Paint was scraped off everywhere down to bare metal. I called him and requested he send a new stinger for it and $150 back. He agreed and took forever for me to get the new stinger, and still had no money back. Called him back and he didn't have money to refund (supposedly) so we agreed that he send me a set of rock sliders. That was on January 21st... Still don't have the rock sliders and he has told me multiple times that they were painted and he was going to take the to fedex himself. He has told me tat for the past month. Now he wont reply to my texts or emails. Very poor customer service. Very sweet bumper though.

Sorry I did not not know I was getting graded on spelling. It also seems like a hand full of you have nothing better to do than give a guy a hard time. If you think it's out of line for me to want something I paid for in the time promised than you can **** off. I will probably leave this forum, because all is see is guys with to mutch time on their hands talking **** from behind a key board.

Try www.pirate4x4.com out. They are much more relaxed and understanding over there. 

I don't blame you, he will tell you it's ready to ship and in 3 days he will ship you a pos. Mine has unfinished and overlooked welds and it is missing a filler plate. I paid for the black bumper with the nice looking front plate, I received the bumper with a different front plate.
Let me add a couple things here real quick. I am the owner of the company and while maybe my communication has been lacking a bit the last week or two. I have never lied to anyone and as was said a custom built to order bumper does take some time and we answer every email and return calls as fast as possible. I have been overwhelmed with orders the last few weeks and have until a few days ago had a full time job as well. I am a one man shop i do everything myself from calls to shipping to building. We are catching up and have 3 more bumpers to get out in the next day or two. So please don't let this thread lead you to think that we can not deliver a solid product in a timely manner!

Your bumper was shipped and arrived a good quality product. You requested that we send it unpainted in order for you to get it a day earlier. We did that at your request. Guys I' am sorry for any delays and lack of communication, but just because you text me on a cell phone doesn't mean that its the cell phone i carry every day all day. We have a cell for business use and its is normally shut off on the weekends and at night. It is unreasonable to expect a company to answer calls texts or emails at a moments notice day night and weekends. You can't get that kind of serves even from the big shops. Last time i called 4 wheel parts i was put on hod for 25 minutes and then disconnected. I understand some of you are upset. But try to be realistic when you think about how we communicate. never have i gone more than a day or 2 without answering and communication from any of my customers.

I understand why it was unpainted. But their is no excuse for what I recived to not be built exactly as pictured on ypur website. Its also no excuse for poor quality welds and poor grinding, and to overlook a weld on a recovery point is not excusable. Now I have to pay someone to fix the bad welds. You keep telling yourself you make a quality product and i will use photos of the garbage you sent me to tell people otherwise. If you cant produce on your promised time than dont promise that time. And to make threats to me in 12 hrs of not receiving extra money for shipping completely out of line. I waited weeks for a turnaround on the money I paid you in the first place. You sir should probably stick to your day job.
Oh and by the way you did lie, you told me on a sunday that the bumper was ready to ship (assuming thats when you saw a refund request). Than the following monday you told me your trying to get it done , than the next day it still was not done. At this point I had to opt for no paint and express shipping to get it in before a snow storm.
