is this taking to long?
You can also see were I voiced my concerns with the front plate being different, and I was told that end caps were put in already. I just tried to give this dude a chance to right his wrong and y'all including Jd keep ripping in to me.
You are are right on the money I'm an *** hole for being mad over receiving a **** product a week after promised. I'm the bad guy. You guys order **** from him and enjoy a cobbled up hunk of steel he sends you. And once again Mr white you are going out of your way to rip me, bringing up a question from another thread. Your a loser with to mutch time on your hands.
I just tried to give this dude a chance to right his wrong Actually had you wanted to do that you could have called or even replied to the text i sent you on Friday to see if the bumper had arrived and if it was to your liking??? and y'all including Jd keep ripping in to me.No one is bashing you just pointing out that you are being a PITA
Now one more time if your unhappy with the bumper send me some PICS via email of what is incomplete or unsatisfactory and we can discuss it from there.
Its a very minor difference and the design was slightly modified to make room for larger winches after having a couple customers have issues using some of the bigger winches on the market. I assumed that the picture where you circled the caps you were concerned because in the picture is sent to you of the in process bumper had no caps at all over that part of the tube. Didn't realize the a 1" slope would really make a difference to anyone. other than someone who is just looking for excuses not to like a product that took a little longer than was expected! I truly am sorry that your unhappy and am willing to discuss it with you over email or phone but no longer on the is forum!
I think its pretty obvious that I'm doing all i can to remedy a bad situation

You started this thread, not him. You came out swinging, not him. Looks like he made an account here just to try and communicate with you, as other forms of communication seem to have broken down, he ate $120 in expedited shipping, offered to fix or pay to fix these supposed unfinished welds, offered to make a whole complete other bumper, he didn't paint it because you agreed to it, admitted to you he made a mistake by confusing your order, I don't possibly see what he could do any further to make it right. You ordered a custom made bumper from a small fab shop. These things take time. It took me weeks to build my bumper. 10 days from your order YOU started complaining. Was the communication an issue? You bet. This is why you CALL PEOPLE and talk to them personally. During business hours. In everything he or you have posted, he has been professional, and much nicer than I would have been. As far as people "ripping" on you, they have only pointed out your shortcomings as a customer, your lack of understanding, your impatience, your unwillingness to actually work it out with him. It seems you are beyond the point of being pleased, and there is no satisfying you at this point. If you were so upset with the product, why did you install it as soon as you got it? I would have sent it back IMMEDIATELY. Then either gotten a refund or file the dispute (IF the shop was unwilling to do so). I am not ripping on you. This is an objective view from an outside uninvolved party, I have nothing to gain or lose here. I see it as you have been unreasonable from the get go. Even you, yourself questioned your patience, because you started a thread asking "is this taking too long?". Deuce coppers.

Guy seems pretty reasonable in this... I have had bad experiences with little shops but had one of them offered to pay the 120 for expedited shipping, would have been enough for me. I can't see any problems with the pics he posted up.
Sometimes you can get screwed.. This does not look to be the case here. I agree that it would be extremely hard to keep your cool like the vendor did.

They don't have too. I just did.
This is where a phone call would have helped. If there is something you didn't like or wanted to be sure about you should have called him and discussed it.

Really? Again, if it's that bad, send it back and get a refund.
