Well he called me Sunday and said it was ready to ship but I had to cancel the pp claim, on Monday he told me he needed to finish it and get it shipped out today. Last night he said it will be done tomorrow, well it's tomorrow and I still have no pics no updaetes and no bumper. So immediately getting abit hot again.

Sounds like he's a one man shop. Months of no communication is out of hand. A day or two? Come on guys. Its Tuesday. You just talked to him yesterday. How the hell is he supposed to get anything done with y'all wanting hourly updates?

He told me my bumper was ready to ship on Sunday. Let me spell this out for you Mr white, he sent me a text stating that my bumper is ready to ship and that I just have to drop the claim. Ok no problem right. Wrong I just revived a text about 2 hrs ago saying my bumper is almost done. So at this point I am getting ****ing lied to. Sorry that is horse **** and not excusable. If you think a vendor blatantly lying to you is ok than your very special and probably need some sort of helmet.

I understand you are upset I have been there but that last statment is kinda uncalled for. I would be upset and some people also dont both side of the story. but it does sound like the vendor has over stepped his means

Lets think about this for a sec,Hes probably got a day job and does the bumpers on the side.And when you order one he buys the raw materials then builds them when he can.His site says built to order which could be days or a month or longer depends how many are in line a head of you.He could have mixed up your number with someone elses bumper that was a head of you in line.

I'm am going to cancel again, but I'm sticking to my guns. If he was up front with me and just said he is behind I would not have a problem. But to tell me it's done and the next day it's not done, that's what I'm mad about.
