This is just one example of MANY Rusty's issues, including VERY poor customer service.
Here is the other post discussing this stuff...

Steering and trackbars are the things you definitely want good quality of...I'm not necessarily bashings Rusty's as I dont have first hand experience but I have heard many Cons about their stuff along with some Pros.
Here's a peek at a failed Rusty's trackbar.... watch at 2:55
I have some rustys stuff, and some of my buddies have rustys stuff. it all is fine. We are not gentle on our rigs, and it holds up fine.
I did a lot of research before i got my trackbar from them. There are some people who have had bad experiences and hate them. The vast majority of people who run their stuff dont have any problems.
The other running theme I found when looking at the different forums is that Rustys isnt necessarily the heaviest stuff on the market. Their cheaper options are geared more towards the mildly built rigs who wheel on the weekends.
The bigger hardcore rigs just need beefier, stronger stuff

I would have to agree and disagree. Im not one to just go on the word of a buddy or peeps online. Do research and pick the best equipment/items that you can for what every your doing. Sometimes vendors gain a bad rap because a few people had a bad experiance and many people jump on the band wagon.
If your on the forum awhile you'll notice bad things said about most vendors. Do the research, ask the questions and then make a choice on whats best for you and your rig.

I just don't want people thinking all of Rusty's parts are crap, when they are not
