Be sure to post your progress (with pics), we learn from each other and I know we all enjoy a good build thread.

i have a lot of rustys stuff and i love it, my lift, and some steering compenents are from there, never had any problem, the only thing i will complain about with rustys is that their shipping is a little high haha but thats it though, every company has there parts that break its just something thats unavoidable

From now on, speak from experience, not from what you hear/read. Or state how you came upon your conclusion/opinion.

I will, but building my 3 link long arms it first on the list, then the track bar

I just want to chime in here and state about the flipped jeep. Some where on the comments on youtube the guy had said the track bar was bent, before they ever went wheeling, and after wheeling headed home the TRE broke......

This is just one example of MANY Rusty's issues, including VERY poor customer service.

Here is the other post discussing this stuff...

Rusty's sucks... period.
So Rusty's suck because of the 2 threads? Get a clue man. Tons of people use their stuff without consequence. Me being one of them.

The big name shops all suck RE (closed) rustys, RC, none of them stand behind their parts when you have a problem. Iron Rock, Clayton, Rock Krawler, Iron Man, JKS and JCR, will all stand behind their products. That's been my experience in the past. go to smaller vendors 9 times out of 10 you get better products and service. Sure you pay a little more but whats saving money if the parts need to be replaced in 2 years.

Let me say something on Rusty's. I have run their coils, shocks, leaf springs, sway bar disconnects, and a few other stuff, coils (while i had them) where great! leaf springs were great! (while i had them) shocks I loved, they replaced 3 of them for the cost of me shipping them back ($10) with out problem. I also broke my sway bar links and they replaced them for free as well. I have never had ANY issues with them always helpfull when i call in
