I've probably worked on more rigs and installed more product than you've known and the thirteen personally known issues I've been involved with about Rusty's stuff, not including the dozens and dozens of other known about cases convinced me long ago never to use them. Suit yourself...

Like someone else said earlier, the smaller companies that actually build their own stuff are always a better choice, especially when its something thats as critical as steering components.

I have no interest in trying to convince you. The facts that are out there in the world, easily researched, speak for themselves. I merely bring the issue to the table. Make of it what you wish...

Good luck with your builds.

I've only used his suspension so i cant speak on the steering. Yes his earlier springs sagged on me after 2 years. The one I have on now is going on its 4th season. No noticeable sag and the bushings are holding up. Customer service has gotten better, for me at least. When it was bad he always made it right.

Ok fellas. Now that everyone has their RUSTY's opinion out Im probably just gonna do a ZJ tie rod and draglink. Then and RC or Ironman4x4 trackbar. Then an RC SYE with front XJ driveshaft for my 8.25. Then OME coil spacers and Ironmm4x4 Adjusable shackles. Leaving me at around 5" from my now RC 3". SO im gonna stay away from rustys....FOR NOW at least Ill still use them for other things. Things that CANT break catastrophically.

I recommend a hack-n-tap unless your wanting to rebuild your transfer case anyway... trail tested and approved... cheaper... easier to do...

Pnguyen7 I can speak for the IronMan 4x4 trackbar ,tie rod and other items .Very beefy the tie rod uses 1/2 ton dodge pickup tre's ,and his EZ adj trackbar uses a ZJ tre and if you wanted later he can build a new end for it for double shear or a solid end and best of all it's made in the USA.

A hack n tap is right man... just has a crap name... so everyone gets the wrong impression... iron man even sells the kit... RE did to I believe... its not really a hack job lol... if u do some research on them you will see... I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't out selling the sye... well if you took a ratio of people that actually knew about them lol

ive heard some bad things in the past, and thats what people keep focusing on...the past.

i personally run both rustys center link and track bar. oh and coils.

not just that, i also install at least 2 of there kits a week on different jeeps, including track bars. i can firmly say i have not had a problem at all with any of there products. and their customers service (at least to us) has always been great.

every company has their own issues, you just have to weed through all the BS and "i heard" comments.

Well then next time you flame something state your experience instead of say "Oh they are **** stay away from them" and nothing else. It makes you sound the way I heard it, that you haven't had experience with it.

I like to know that the parts Im buyin are good and will last. I find it hard to see a company being bad when there is only one example of a single product goin bad. It obviously didnt break on the the road way and theres no way on knowing the abuse it took off-road.

Smaller companies tend to cater to more extreme customers building stronger products then the more main stream companies. You dont become a leader in the industry by selling crap.
