Mine is a former National Park utility vehicle used for the various functions of a park ranger. I found registration forms for camping, maps, national park brochures, gravel, the remnants of mouse nests and droppings, a few wax pencils, paper clips, pencils, dirt, etcetera, etc.

Ditto. Mine also came with three holes in the roof for police light bar and antennas, a police push bar, holes in the headliner trim where the partition was, a center console that had the middle chopped out to accommodate their computer, part of an electronic gun lock system, a strobe flasher module, wires that run to nowhere, svs two butt ugly dome lights that I can switch from white to red light. And a can of bug spray.
