Looks good!!!

I wonder if that would fit in a 2000 XJ?? Then I would be able to put larger speakers in with out having to cut in to the headliner above my head. An there appears to be room to put in a couple tweeters also.

Mine is a '96 sport, I'm not sure what all years and editions have them, but I think they had them in a few years. (someone please correct me if I'm wrong)

I believe '95, '96, '97 used them. My '91 had 5 1/4's in the rear hatch, So I modified it to accept 6x9's. There is also several write-ups on here about putting 6x9's in the rear hatch. I my self would redid the sound bar along with headliner. So they matched. When I did my headliner, there was plenty of material for the overhead console too. Looks like the original factory job. JMO!

If you look in newer model years, the sound bar will have headliner material covering it. You'll see the bulge and the speaker grilles. As for the tweeters, there're small triangular Infinity inserts that attach at the leading edge of each front door's window and your 2000 probably already has wiring for them hiding inside the front doors.
