Default Jeep customer assistance any good?

My girlfriend always wanted a Jeep, and exactly 4 years ago she bought herself a 2019 Cherokee Limited. It has 35,500 miles on it and, living in New York, she took it in for her annual state inspection. The dealer is quoting her $1,200.00 plus tax on new pads and rotors all around. I understand the cost of dealers . . . but . . .

I know from experience that GM will offer customer assistance in cases like this, and discount parts or service because, even though out of warranty, it is not a good look to require complete replacement at only 36k miles. This is true especially if the vehicle was, like in her case, regularly taken to the dealer for oil, rotations, etc.

So does anybody have any experience with Jeep Customer Assistance - good or bad?

They're pretty good.

BUT, having been a Service Manager at a Jeep dealership, I can tell you they never do anything for worn brakes.
