Is Chrysler Warranty Direct a valid company? Has anyone used them?

 

I'd have to recommend you call your dealer for information about warranties and fraud. They'll be able to tell you if the warranty is valid or a third party. When you buy NEW or LIKE-NEW cars, you get mail from all kinds of third party warranty companies wanting to sell you service, and I've seen some pretty sketchy companies that try to pass themselves off as "factory" by using certain verbiage that keeps them legally out of trouble.

 

Like said and also read the Warranty fully they try to hide things in it.
