I need a jeep bad. I am almost 24 and never owned my own vehicle. My girlfriens and I have our own house, and a baby. The jeep we have is hers, and I cant stand not driving anymore. It would be so much easier on the 2 of us if I could come up with like 2 grand I could have a decent jeep. But I dont know how. I work 40 hours a week at a meat dept. And its not cutting it, with me being the only one working and paying bills we arw barley making it. None of my family can loan me the money. ?...what should I do

1000 for this jeep, 600 for a motor, thats a nice jeep for cheap and I cant even affors it....

 

You have a few options,Like spending less anyway you can and save up every penny.Or she can get a job or you can find a better paying job.

You could always cook.

 

Sell anything you don't absolutely need. Build a good resume and get a better job. Take a second part time job in the mean time. There will always be decent jeeps for sale that you'll be able to afford once you figure out good saving/spending habits.

 

& I still cant afford to build mine! haha

 

only way to make $$$ is work for it or sell something for it. even a part-time job a couple hours a week will add up
you can save for it by cutting other expenses (cell phone, cable etc.)

can you refinance the house?
can girl work from home?

 

Shave your legs put on a mini skirt and work the corner a while lol.

 

Taking on another investment when you are scrapping by is not the way to go. Look for another job that pays more $ or get a part time job. Also in the end do you really need a jeep when your family already has one. They suck on gas and usually end up being more work in the end that what they are worth.

Cash out any vacation time you may have.

 

Send GF to school for a high paying job, enjoy the suga mama while it lasts until she splits. At least by then you should have a sweet jeep

Move to a smaller cheaper place, get rid of stuff you dont really need, quit eating out at places, drive less places, look for a better paying job, sell anything that you'd rather trade for a jeep anyways etc.

 

Make the girlfriend get a job lol
