Ok guys I have a 95 xj sport with a 4.5 inch lift and 33s and for some reason after I left off the brake after a light or stop sign my jeep jumps. It does it all the time do you think it the ujoints cus my rear driveshaft has no play and the ujoints seem fine. Has anyone experienced this ?

Have you checked the tightness of your U-bolts since the lift was installed?

Any way you can mount a camera under the vehicle for a test drive video?

Might take a few specific placements to find the culprit though.

Are you running any blocks by any chance? I had a 2" block and it did the same thing. I built a bastard pack and it went away. I had 2 xjs and both with blocks and both did the same thing, I only replaced the blocks with my current xj. I believe you're feeling axle wrap.
