Can I put these tires on these rims?

Ok I currently have 31x10.5x15 tires on my jeep, i wanted to know if i would be able to put some 32x11.5 wheels on these rims, i saw a pic on ebay with the same rims with the tire size i want http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/OFF-R...Q5fAccessories

i also had another question i have a 3"lift and i wanted to put some bushwacker fender flares and put some 32" tires, would they fit?Any help would be great!

the wheel im not so sure, but they look identical to the ones on ebay.they can be a different size, but i was wondering if anybody had ever used the same rims for bigger tires?

Most any wheels on a Jeep can handle 32x11.50 tires with no problem. The wheel in the picture is probably a 15x8, which is arguably the most popular size ever...for older Jeeps. People put 37X12.50's and bigger on that kind of rim. By the looks of how the tire that is on there is mounted, there should be no problem with the bigger tire.
Bushwackers will open up the wheel well more than stock, although with 32x11.50's you could easily go without them.
