Thing looks mint but there's no way it's worth that much.

I would offer 4.5k and stay pretty firm. No way he has another buyer interested(if at all) at that price.

If push comes to shove just walk away. No need to rush a buy on something with that much money involved. GL!

markets fluctuate pending a lot of variables so I dont know how you can speculate a price not knowing the region, demographics and supply/demand..
