Been replacing dumpster floors this week. Kinda feel like it's pointless as the rest of these things have so much cancer City of Hope wants to get involved, haha!

Used a plasma cutter to cut the 1/8" plate for the bottom, then welded it on. Put the corner gussets and wheels on. Then put the pockets for the forklifts on, with gussets.

Redid most of the welds on my bumper when I was working on it over the weekend. Whoever made this thing was a *******.

What does it mean when I burn a hole through the metal? It happened twice in 15 minutes and was easy to fix but I'd like it to happen zero times. Otherwise the welds look good. Novice welding 1/8" steel with flux core. I'm using the settings from the chart that came with the welder.
