Pretty much followed this, but mine is cheaper and isn't as nice looking

Thanks man, I read that thread before. Its actually making me lean towards using the factory box. I Have my mustang to be noisy so I want the jeep nice and quite.

Thanks. I actually ditched it a while back though. It didnt match the interior and the top lid thing was awful. My favorite mod has been the ZJ seats I put in my Cherokee. I did it different than alot of other people though.


The way I did mine the seats lay flat when folded down and are mounted similar to the way they were in the ZJ. I had a lot of modification to the lower half though. I am thinking about ripping it out and trimming the bottom seat a bit more along with trimming the top just a hair for a little bit nicer fit.

I was thinking about doing the same thing with my cherokee!!!!! how'd they bolt in and can they be folded down??

those are only in the 2 door XJ's

What kind of mods are needed to make it fit? The Cherokee rear seats are so uncomfortable, not that I car but I do take road trips now and then.

Braces your steering box above the pitman arm. Just for better support.
