Nice, I've got all the materials to make mine, I just need to actually do it. You should probably get another jam nut in there also, otherwise it can still move.

jam nuts aren't to keep it from spinning, they're to keep the threads from stretching due to tension/compression forces by keeping the thread engagement tight. JerrytheJeep is right you need a jam nut on both sides.
Only problem I see is those being a PITA to disconnect unless you disco both ends somehow since you used rubber bushings on both ends instead of a swivel joint...

I plan to put a fixture up on fender so when I disconnect bottom, I ll just pin it to top of the well with same pin.

A few basic ones:
Homemade axe holder complete with a custom Canadian protection cover for protecting the back of my head
This is just a prototype I am going to iron out soon. Two shelf brackets criss-crossed and bolted to the existtng spare tire mount bolts. Using zap straps to keep it tight in there, but open to suggestions on this one.
CB mount made from basic angle bracket from HD. Drilled it out to 3/8" to fit the antenna as well as for mounting through quarter panel for strength.
Fire Extinguisher, nothing special. 2 machine screws bolted from back to keep solid.

This is a problem you will run into though - the swaybar is not lined up directly above the mount - it's offset about 1". You'll need to account for this somehow (this is why the stock links had a bend in them)
Yes you are right it's offset. I am going to make an u bracket next. For the top. With the bottom. I am going to machine a pin with a spacer between axle bracket and the disco so it will be straight.
