i am going to start making sliders this weekend and i was wondering what size bolts would be the safest to use to bolt it to the frame rail without interfering with my fuel n brake lines on my driver side

If you are going all the way through the frame I suggest sleeving the frame and using grade 8's or higher. Or you can do like most ppl and use self tapping bolts. I think most ppl use 3/8 or 1/2 self tappers. Or you can do like Ido and weld them to the frame.

He's talking about Self tapping bolts, not screws.

I think i am going to use the self tapping bolts first. If they don't hold up well enough I will weld them on. The only problem is that i have no idea what stores sell them I have spent the past hour searching online. So if anyone has any input on where i can buy them it would help alot.
