I am going to be installing a 2" spring lift in my 94 grand.I am also going to be replacing most of the suspension (uca lca etc.) Would it be better to replace before the lift so I can be sure everything is correct or is it OK to change out at the same time to save some work .I will be doing this over a few weekends if not more if the weather doesn't cooperate. Thanks

The hardest part I've found over the years of getting the bolts out of a rubber bushing is when the bolts rust-weld to the inner sleeve of the bushing. This is not just on jeeps. The worst ones are where they have a loose nut on one side. On several occasions, I've had to cut the bolt with a sawzall on both sides of the bushing to remove the arm. Don't waste your time trying to burn out the rubber, it doesn't work well and it stinks.

Not sure on the kit just yet--since winter has returned to the northeast this is gonna be an early spring project I guess. Though up till now i have been able to get some overdue maint, and repairs done. If the funds don't hold up I may do a BB instead to make sure i can get some decent tires.I have been searching the net on this and am becoming aware of the hassles that can be involved. Thanks for the replies from a great site.
