Default replace bushings in controlarms

Hi, i got new controlarms, front and rear (since my rear was very rusty i got new for all). But i also did buy polyurethane bushings from energy suspension some time ago that i have in the garage, should i replace the bushings in the new controlarms, are polyurethane so much better that i should do it?

ok, the installation say that the outer metal shell must remain in controlarm, so its only the rubber that i have to remove? Is it possible to push/press the rubber out or is the rubber molded in the metal shell?

For what it's worth, you can replace the whole arm for cheaper sometimes.

i'll soon be replacing the whole arms after i've read how stubborn the bushings are to get out/in.

In a ZJ? You could probably replace them with WJ arms. Don't know that though.

I wouldn't replace with other stock ones unless the price was right. I replaced mine with RC fixed ones I got online for $50.

Please note the WJ uses a 3 point rear mount.
