I just realized I gave you pictures for a WJ! Those 2 cables in the pictures are the transmission and t/case shift cables. That heat duct is for the driver. It's basically just under your right foot while driving. Some people say you can drop the trans crossmember, lowering the trans a little, and access it that way. IDK, haven't done one. Yet!
BTW, for future reference, that wire bundle at your index fingertip is the IAC (idle air control) and the box above your knuckles is the MAP (manifold air pressure) sensor. The IAT (intake air temperature) sensor is screwed into the manifold between the 2 hose fittings near the bottom of the picture.
