Default lights gone on steering wheel

hello all

After starting my car the other day I realised that the lights on my steering wheel for the cruise control werent working. I doubt that both bulbs would have gone at the same time, does anybody know what might have caused this or where the 12v feed for this is?

Also a couple of other lights have gone out on the heater matrix and this has happened after a week of the car being left at work and its been quite rainy, any chance of damp building up somewhere?

thank you for your help.

You didn't say what year your jeep was. I know Jeep had a recall for the clockspring that sends power to the airbag. Maybe this is involved as well.
